💸 Refund Policy
At Bombon Beauty & Lashes, you're investing in my time, expertise, products, and other resources used to provide you with a high-quality service.
❌ No Refunds
All services and products are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
If the issue is due to application or product, a complimentary 30-minute touch-up may be offered to correct it.
Any concerns raised after 72 hours, or failure to follow aftercare instructions, will require booking a new appointment at the full service price.
🛍️ Products
Products are non-refundable, but if you have any issues, please contact me to resolve or exchange the item(s) when possible.
Tweezers and supplies must be in new condition for any exchange.
Every order is packaged on video for quality assurance.
⏰ Appointment Arrival
Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.
Extra time spent cleaning lashes will reduce your lashing time.
If you're late and the service time is shortened, you will still be charged the full price.
👁️ Services Over Another Artist’s Work
If you currently have lash extensions from another artist, a removal and new full set may be required for quality and safety reasons.
At Bombon Beauty & Lashes, your natural lash health and eye safety are my top priorities.
The condition of your current lashes will be evaluated before any service is performed.
This will be discussed in detail at the time of your appointment.
